Scenario 1: First time purchase - save payment method

In this scenario the customer has never purchased from the company and will have the option to save their payment method.


Scenario 2: Customer has saved payments - select a payment method

In this scenario the customer has saved payment methods and can now choose which payment method to use.


Scenario 3: Non-member has expired payment method

In this scenario the customer is not a member and has an expired default payment method. The customer can either edit the payment method, leave it expired, or delete the payment method.


Scenario 4: Member has expired payment method

In this scenario the customer is a member and has an expired default payment method. The customer can either edit the payment method, leave it expired, or delete the payment method. The key differences between scenario 3 and 4 is the messaging. A member will lose access to courses if their payment method isn’t updated with in a certain time frame.
